Results and how long they last
01.
The DCD cooling system reduces pain during treatment, and the pulse duration can be adjusted down to 2ms, making it suitable for a wide range of hair types. Even fine vellus hair is treated, so smoother skin texture can be expected.
02.
It effectively removes everything from coarse hair to fine vellus hair, reducing how often hair removal is needed and leaving the skin looking clean and smooth.
03.
The thermal energy stimulates collagen production, contributing to improved skin elasticity and helping refine overall skin texture.
04.
Relatively large areas can be treated quickly, and with little downtime required, there is minimal disruption to daily life.

Q&A
Q.
What is the pain like during the procedure?
It varies from person to person, but during the treatment you may feel a stinging sensation or something like a rubber band lightly snapping against the skin. GentleMax Pro Plus applies a cooling device at the same time to keep pain and skin damage to a minimum, and if you are sensitive to pain, numbing cream can be added to reduce the discomfort.
Q.
Can I resume daily activities immediately after the procedure?
In most cases you can return to daily life right after the procedure. Redness or a warm sensation may appear in the treated area, but it eases within a few hours to about a day. However, so that the treated area is not irritated, it is better to avoid exfoliation, hot saunas, and strong sun exposure right after the procedure.
Q.
How often should the procedure be repeated?
For hair removal, about five sessions at intervals of four to eight weeks are generally recommended. The number of sessions and the interval can vary with the area treated and with each person's hair and skin condition, and when pigmented or vascular lesions are being addressed at the same time, it is best to set a customized schedule through a consultation with our medical staff.

What should I keep in mind?
Please read the precautions carefully and follow them closely.
-
Avoid root-removal methods such as waxing and tweezing, as well as tanning and strong sun exposure, for 4–6 weeks before the treatment, and trim hair before your session by shaving only.
-
On the day of treatment, avoid rubbing the treated area hard, exfoliating, or showering with hot water, and keep the skin well moisturized.
-
Skin becomes more sensitive after treatment, so apply sunscreen thoroughly when going outside and avoid prolonged direct sun exposure.
-
If redness, swelling, or pain persists or worsens, please visit the clinic promptly to consult with our medical team.
